Data Integrity03

Call Detail Record Enhancement & Billing Accuracy

Challenge

Accurate Call Detail Records are essential for billing, reconciliation, revenue assurance, and operational reporting. Claro PR needed improved CDR processes to strengthen completeness and reduce discrepancies across prepaid transactions.

Approach & Solution

I refined CDR-related processes, analyzed data gaps, validated information flows, and collaborated with billing, finance, and technical teams to improve how transaction records supported reconciliation and reporting needs.

Results

The work improved billing completeness, strengthened data accuracy for financial validation, supported more dependable reporting, and enhanced confidence in prepaid transaction records.

Conclusion: This project highlights my depth in telecom billing data and my ability to improve systems that directly affect financial and customer outcomes.

Modernization04

Legacy-to-Modern Platform Migration Support

Challenge

Platform modernization created risks around customer data accuracy, lifecycle transitions, billing continuity, and reporting consistency. The organization needed careful reconciliation between legacy and new environments.

Approach & Solution

I identified discrepancies between platforms, supported customer data migration activities, reviewed lifecycle transitions, and worked with business and technology stakeholders to preserve data integrity during modernization.

Results

The effort supported smoother migration activities, reduced discrepancy risk, improved customer data confidence, and helped maintain operational continuity across prepaid platform changes.

Conclusion: This case demonstrates my approach to modernization work where technical accuracy, operational risk management, and stakeholder trust are all essential.

Reporting05

Financial & Operational Reporting Modernization

Challenge

As prepaid platform specifications changed, financial and operational reporting processes needed to evolve without compromising consistency, compliance support, or decision-making visibility.

Approach & Solution

I reviewed reporting requirements, updated processes to align with new platform specifications, validated outputs, and worked with stakeholders to ensure reports remained useful for reconciliation, compliance, and operational analysis.

Results

Reporting became more consistent with platform changes, financial and operational visibility improved, and stakeholders gained more reliable information for business decisions.

Conclusion: The project shows my ability to connect technical platform changes with the reporting discipline organizations need to manage performance and accountability.
